I bought this warehouse partially started at a train show, finished it and added decals and paint.
CP rail hopper cars used for chip service. I kit bashed the Walther's Saw mill kit and used it in the new layout as a major industry. I reused a lot of the buildings and structures from the old layout and some of the track.
In this shot you can see how much space I had to work with so I needed to be creative with my placement of buildings and track. Also as you can see I had do deal with the big green pole in the middle of the layout. The yard is just to the left of the photo while small and cramped it did work. Over all size of the layoput was 8" x8" or two sheets of plywood built on 2 x 4 framing.
